City Mill - Army of Hope Gala 2018 Honoree

The Salvation Army Hawaiian & Pacific Islands was proud to honor City Mill at the 2018 Army of Hope Gala.

For generations, City Mill has been “Doing the Most Good” in the retail and home goods sector. They help their customers dream big by providing a wide variety of products and exceptional service. More importantly, for over a century they have helped to cultivate the local community by providing countless jobs to people across Oahu, including numerous graduates from The Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Center and Family Treatment Services.

City Mill truly values the importance of supporting the community and the non-profit sector. Their sense of community and philanthropy is not only extraordinary, but incredibly infectious to customers who walk through their doors. Last fall, the City Mill family of companies partnered with The Salvation Army to raise over $30,000 for hurricane relief efforts for Hurricane Harvey and Irma. More recently, City Mill contributed $10,000 to The Salvation Army’s emergency disaster relief efforts in Kauai to assist families impacted by heavy rains and flooding.
