For many, The Salvation Army provides a pathway to recovery.
Our specialized programs offer spiritual, emotional, and social assistance to those who have lost the ability to cope with their problems and provide for themselves. Our free programs provide housing, food, counseling, community, and employment as we work to treat the symptoms, and ultimately the root causes, of prolonged alcohol and drug dependence.
Program Locations
Addiction Treatment Services
Provides a comprehensive continuum of substance abuse treatment services for adult men and women with alcohol and/or drug problems. Accredited levels of care include detoxification, residential treatment, day treatment, and outpatient treatment services.
Family Treatment Services
Family Treatment Services provides a continuum of recovery services that includes substance use treatment specifically designed for women with children, supportive housing, mental health services for children and families and outreach support as families transition back into the community.
Adult Rehabilitation Center
A 75-bed residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation center for adult males that offers a work therapy programs. It also oversees the 4 family thrift stores located on the island of Oahu.
