HONOLULU (March 24, 2022) – With the change in the seasons from winter to spring, the four Salvation Army Thrift Stores on Oahu are encouraging residents to step up their spring cleaning efforts and drop off donations to their nearest Salvation Army thrift store or donation site. The money from the sale of donated items goes directly to the Adult Rehabilitation Center in Iwilei, helping those struggling with substance abuse get back on their feet.
In addition, all four Oahu thrift stores will be offering 50% off clothing items on Friday, March 25 and Saturday, March 26. And, the first 50 shoppers on Saturday, March 26 at each store will receive a “golden ticket” good for 50% off one item in the store.
